Brenda Mathisen ('03) leads local teen group
"Why am I sitting at a desk? How can I give back to the world?" These
two questions propelled Brenda Mathisen to find work that made
sense to her. As director of a brand new local teen program, she is

Artist John Lawson has mounted an exhibit in the Liebowitz Gallery.
Student Shanna Gregory ('07) used her camera to capture the
construction of some of his pieces, as he and exhibitions coordinator
Margaret Grant put it together. The exhibition is part of a larger
focus on New Orleans coming in November. Read more.

Alumna Sara Katzoff has announced that Bazaar Productions, The Berkshire Fringe is currently accepting submissions of dynamic new works of theater, dance and mutli-media performance for its 2008 season. The fourth annual festival to be held in the Daniel Arts Center at Bard College at Simon's Rock, and will present 21 days of original performances, workshops, and discussions by and with emerging artists from across the United States. |
